BIM Technology application
Building Virtual Model
BIM is used for visualizing the design by building 3D model to describe attributes of individual components.
Coordinating Disciplines
BIM can enhance the coordination between disciplines such as architectural, structural, equipment, and pipelines to test, analyze, and simulate the construction for fewer errors and less rework.
Deepening design
After the space management and pipeline engineering are completed, the complete set of space management drawings can be exported for review, or according to the actual needs of the site, you can export the comprehensive floor plan, profile diagram in different directions and other guiding construction drawings for the special section or any other part of the model to provide the most intuitive construction guidance for the on-site personnels.
Controlling Construction Quality
With BIM model, you can clearly understand the effect and problems after the completion of the project, and make timely comments on the final arrangement of pipelines to ensure a reasonable and pleasing layout and guide the on-site construction.
Quantity (Material/Equipment) Statistics
Preparation of construction materials is an important part of the project implementation and will directly affect the project cost. In order to effectively control the project quantity, BIM can help improve the accuracy of the model building, make the BIM volume statistics more in line with the actual construction volume, and docking with EXCEL, collation, successful and effective statistics quantity.
Factory prefabrication and on-site assembly guidance
Factory prefabrication of pipelines is aimed at achieving maximum prefabrication of pipelines in processing plants (areas) and minimizing on-site workload. Factory prefabrication and on-site assembly clearly divide pipeline installation into two parts: prefabrication and assembly.
Space layout application
(1) Comprehensive spatial layout (2) Space collision inspection (3) Economic path layout (4) Space visual effects
CFD Application
CFD (short for computational fluid dynamics) is a technology that uses computers to solve various conservation control partial differential equations of fluid flow. It will involve fluid mechanics, calculation methods, computer graphics processing and other technologies. It is the core and important technology in the research of "three transfers" (heat transfer, mass transfer, and momentum transfer). The HVAC and refrigeration industry is one of the important areas for the application of CFD.
CFD provides design engineers with digital simulation tools and airflow simulation solutions. In a virtual environment, they can accurately simulate physical phenomena such as air flow, heat transfer/heat dissipation, and pollution, and accurately analyze the air flow, air quality, heat transfer/heat dissipation, pollution and comfort degree of the ventilation system.
