How does it work?
The main structure of the rotor dehumidifier is a constantly rotating honeycomb drying rotor, which is composed of corrugated media made of special composite heat-resistant materials, and the corrugated media contains moisture-absorbing agents. On both sides of the dehumidification rotor, the partition made of the elastic material of high sealing performance is divided into two sectors: one is a 270 ° sector area for the treatment of wet air end, the other is a 90 ° sector for the regeneration air end, when the humid air to be processed enters the 270 ° sector area, the water molecules in the air are absorbed by the hygroscopic agent in the rotor, and then the dry air will be sent to the dry air outlet by the fan unit. The rotor rotates at a speed of 8 to 10 weeks/hour. If the sector processing wet air absorbs sufficient water molecules, the rotor will automatically rotate to the regeneration air sector, which means the start of the regeneration process. In the regeneration process, the regenerated air is heated (about 120°C) and enters the regeneration area of the rotor. In the high temperature state, the water molecules in the rotor are desorbed and dispersed into the regenerated air. Regenerated air, due to the loss of heat in the process of desorption, its own temperature is reduced, into a wet air with a high moisture content, which is discharged to the outdoors by the regeneration fan. Dehumidification and regeneration are carried out at the same time, the air to be treated is constantly dehumidified, and the rotor is constantly regenerated, so the air is continuously dehumidified. All of them are customized.
